From planned portions to a food diary
Each result shows ingredients, preparation information, daily amounts, portions and available nutrient data. The food diary lets you record the grams actually eaten and view calorie and protein totals when those values are available. A planned amount and an eaten amount are different records. Menu availability depends on the profile and calculation checks.
About your menu
Calculated values are estimates. These menus have not been verified as a complete and balanced diet and should not be used as the sole daily diet. Automatic menus are not provided for unsupported medical profiles.
