Founder, creator and scientific advisor
A researcher and entrepreneur working in feeds, animal nutrition and feed processing. The creator, founder and scientific advisor of Pawsmenu, and the founder and owner of MEVLİ, established in 2015.
Pawsmenu was created to help you make use of suitable ingredients at home while understanding your dog’s daily energy, protein and other nutritional needs.
ACADEMIC EDUCATION AND RESEARCH
From nutrition science to food processing.
He completed his master’s studies in the Department of Feeds and Animal Nutrition and his PhD in the Department of Animal Nutrition and Nutritional Diseases within a Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.
His postdoctoral research in Food Engineering focused on innovative foods and food processes.
His doctoral research examined surplus bread as an alternative ingredient in dog food, including the effects of baking and extrusion on product properties and digestibility measured in the laboratory.

He has authored numerous articles in international Q1 journals on feeds, animal nutrition and feed processing. His work explores the relationship between nutritional composition and processing methods, and how these methods influence product properties.
His research and development focuses on dog food formulation, alternative ingredients, wet milling, baking, extrusion and pilot-scale production. He combines expertise in texture, rheology and product development with feed and food processing.

The aim is to make daily meal planning easier and calculate quantities for your dog’s life stage. The nutritional values of your chosen ingredients, daily requirements and areas needing attention appear together in the results.
